Equipment

Tools agencies can't cover with public funding alone.

Training

Education that keeps first responders at the top of their field.

Research

Innovation that moves pre-hospital care forward.

Most of what we raise goes out as grants. A portion goes into our endowment, so the Foundation can keep funding Whatcom County EMS for decades to come.

2026 Grant Recipient

Glacier Fire & Rescue

A $13,000 grant was awarded in June to Glacier Fire & Rescue allowing for a dedicated ambulance to serve the Mount Baker Ski Area and the State Route 542 corridor - one of the longest response corridors in the county.
