A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our 2nd Annual Gala on March 7th, celebrating those who serve as critical links in the pre-hospital chain of survival: lay-rescuers, dispatchers, EMTs, and Paramedics. In addition, we were honored to recognize two others who are making a real difference supporting our first responders.

Our Story
We are the EMS Foundation of Whatcom County, a nonprofit formed in 2022 in Bellingham, WA. Born from gratitude and inspired by pride, we seek opportunities to fund forward‑thinking education, technology, and research that keep our community's emergency medical care exceptional—and save lives when seconds matter.
Together we will empower EMS professionals to continue to provide the quality of care you have come to expect. Your generosity plays a vital role in our mission to support first responders and enhance emergency medical services beyond what the EMS levy is authorized to support.
